Top 5️⃣ Activities that make me happy: dancing should be is an important part of the life of every woman 💃🏼. It is in the dance that we pump the feminine energy 💫. Dance as if nobody sees ... or vice versa 😌😉
Activity N 2: training in the gym 🤸♀️. For me personally It is very important to have the same vibe with the coach 💪🏽as I am with my @yanagebran and I should not be bored, I do not like routine work 😴🥱
Next one: Swimming 🏊♀️ is ideal for almost all of us and, most importantly, diving headlong. At this moment, I feel zero 🧘🏼♀️, as if all negativity or stress disappears along with the water 🌊💦 .
Further in my rating are walks in any terrain🏃🏼♀️. It is important for me that the weather is good🏞. I dont like to go for a walk in a bad day 🤚🏽☃️💨!
And last but not least: having sex with your loved one 🔥! No comments are needed here. If you have all five components in your life, then chances are good that you are not the type to ask me about diet or how to lose weight. Just take some time for yourself and be more active ✨. Once this becomes a habit, the result will not be long in coming! ♥️V
