Me time ✨🙏🏻 Nothing makes me feel stronger in my body and my mind than @thepilatesclass 🤍 I feel like I am transported into a completely different world the minute that my 2 feet step on the mat. I’ve always enjoyed fitness but I struggled to maintain a routine and motivation. Now I am the type of person that literally cannot live without my Pilates sessions and I don’t ever see that changing. Outside of strength and clarity I also feel a lot of physical relief as I have always been prone really bad to neck, shoulder and back pain - getting my blood pumping, stretching out my muscles I’m just having some daily movement has been the best physiotherapy I possibly could’ve had. I hope you guys will try a few classes as so many of my followers are now on the platform and it has also changed their lives. I think it’s so important to find a routine that is realistic and that you can keep up with consistently so you maintain your health and wellness at all times rather than going through phases.
