My answer here varies a little but my mentality is steadfast.
When it’s midnight and all my business is done for the day - and the only thing left on my “to do” list is workout..
Two things I think about 🧠
• I’ll remind myself of how things used to be many years ago… those fun $7 bucks days.
• Then in the quiet of the night when no one is watching or listening, I’ll ask one of the most important questions we can ask ourselves in this moment.
How bad of a motherfucker do you think you are?
Then I’ll usually start belly laughing like a crazy person while nodding my head and say
“Fuck you. Let’s fucking GO”
And off we go 😊
