I always focus on balance not just for fun, but I really think that it’s the key thing that makes our lives a hundred times easier and organized. And talking about balance I mean various spheres of life, like work, relations, nutrition, sport, etc. In terms of sport, for example, if you understand that strength training is not your thing, just choose another activity that you will want to do and like. Balance it! I often get messages about motivation, where to get it and how to make you work out. There is no magical pill here. And the answer is simple – get off the coach and do it.
I want to advise you some tips that are quite simple and that will probably make you participate in sports:
 • Start training yourself. When you work out with a friend, he may stop at a certain stage and so may you. Look for the inner motivation, not the outer one.
 • Work out online as it helps save some time and it’s more preferable to take your own shower, right? Use Youtube or any app with workouts (@hitfitapp will help you💪🏻)
