Yoga is not a sport. It's more a lifestyle choice. I was brought up by a single parent so I learnt the ropes very early in life, and yoga helped me come to terms with it and adapt to the situation. It helped me calm down and helped me get out of chronic depression. Today I am a teacher helping many others like me. Yoga is a vast subject and we learn as we go, progressing slowly. When the west seems to love it, why do we shy away from it? My dream would be to make it more appealing to the many, so they get the full benefit of it.
