Moved these lanterns from the pergola to where our outdoor couches are and might love it more, adds a vibe ✨🙌🏼 they are Restoration Hardware (electric candles too, we have them set to turn on nightly at 6pm) along with the couches - we looked high and low for good alternatives but came up short. Afternoon sun spots 🌞💫 the backyard is east facing and I had wondered if we’d get good sunsets (I was hoping we’d find a west facing view, can’t have it all!) but being so high up on a hillside ridge it doesn’t matter - there’s so much light all day. The living room is filled with natural sunlight early in the morning which is my favorite to wake up to and then we don’t get that harsh glare in the afternoon as the sun goes over the pergola.
