This workout is divided into 4 sets: the first three exercises are for gluteus and legs, the next three are for upper body, then two exercises for gluteus and legs again and the two final exercises are for ABS. The exercises of each set are done one after another, without rest. The rest between sets is 1 minute.
Set 1.
Jump squats (10 reps)
Side lunges (10 reps each leg)
Jump lunges (10 reps)
Set 2.
Plank shoulder tap variation (20 reps)
Knee push-ups (10 reps)
Jumping jacks (20 reps)
Set 3.
Booty kicks with knee up (12 reps each leg)
Cross lunges with leg up (10 reps each leg)
Set 4.
Hip raise (10 reps)
